Goodbye New Jersey....... Hello Florida

The Club gets together to bid farewell to original members Betty Ann and Mike as they head to Florida for retirement. (They do promise to be back next spring for a guest appearance.)

After a welcome toast of Aperol Spritz ..appetizers of Tortellini Caprese Skewers, Veggie Cups with added dips and Smoked Bluefish Dip were served. For the Entree we dined on Herb Marinated Pork Tenderloins ( a recipe from Ina Garten) Orzo Salad with Feta, Olives and Bell Peppers, Hummus with Veggie Coleslaw and Cucumber Salad

And the dessert ? Why not a Chocolate Italian Love Cake served with Homemade Limoncello!
