An "Irish Blessings" Gourmet Dinner
This dinner at the home of the Dalberg's started with appetizers of Irish Cheddar & Stout Fondue and then a second appetizer of Irish Soda Bread and Salmon/Roast Beef Canapes prepared by Phil and Carrie Apruzzi. This was served with a Kali Hart Chardonnay 2006
The Entree, presented by Betty Ann and Mike Dalberg was a Beef and Guinness Pie and Baked Cabbage with Bacon. This was served with a Ferrari Carrano Cabernet Sauvignon 2003.
The Dessert, prepared by Marlene Pickell, was a Irish Cream Chocolate Mousse Cake seved with Champagne.
