An "Irish Blessings" Gourmet Dinner

The Entree, presented by Betty Ann and Mike Dalberg was a Beef and Guinness Pie and Baked Cabbage with Bacon. This was served with a Ferrari Carrano Cabernet Sauvignon 2003.
The Dessert, prepared by Marlene Pickell, was a Irish Cream Chocolate Mousse Cake seved with Champagne.
